In case that you're not satisfied with any of the products, then you're welcome to send us your parcel back and we will provide the refund as soon as possible. We respect and are in full complience with the dutch regulations.

Please notify us by sending an e-mail, mentioning your ordernumber and the total amount within 7 days of your delivery.

We do not accept any return after the above mentioned period.

After receiving the products in the original condition, unopened, we will return the cost of the goods in 5 working days.

Chiraagindianonlinegrocery.com's return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at it's destination, including spoilage and other damage. All items must be returned in it's original, unopened packaging. We will only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our own mistakes. 

Please keep in mind that the shipping charges are on your own.
